Willem Kuiper worked for different companies, such as the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD). Furthermore, he was responsible for establishing and managing of the IBFD international Tax Academy (ITA) until 1998. He is specialized in cross-border corporate (re)structuring and tax treaty planning. He frequently lectures on international tax planning.
